Deep Sea Adventure
A push-your-luck game for up to 6 players to try and claim as much sunken treasure as they can!
Deep Sea Adventure is one of our favourites from Oink games and it’s one we keep coming back to. You each play as divers on one shared submarine going out on three dives trying to bring as much treasure back to the submarine as you can - or just try and make it back at all!
This is a competitive game but you all share one oxygen supply, the amount each player uses on their turn is determined by how many pieces of treasure they collect. This means you need to make sure you keep an eye on what everyone is doing to make sure you head back up to the submarine before the oxygen runs out!
At the end of each round, players secure any treasure they made it back with whilst the other unlucky players who ran out of oxygen drop their piles of treasure at the bottom of the trail, which gets shorter each time as the gaps are closed.
Our version of Deep Sea Adventure actually includes the expanded “Boost” version, but we recommend giving the original game a play first before adding the extra mechanic in.
Deep Sea Adventure is for 3-6 players aged 8+. It takes around 30 mins to play and just a minute or two to set up
Why we love it:
As with all the Oink games, it’s a lot of game in a tiny box! It’s a highly addictive push-your-luck game that’s as punishing as it is fun
